This three-dimensional cutting machine is recommended for a variety of soft ripe fruits and root vegetables. It is designed to create uniform flat or crinkle cuts, as well as dices, cubes, French fry strips, and julienne cuts. The equipment is suitable for industrial applications in the meat, poultry, seafood, and cheese & dairy processing industries.

The machine can accommodate product input sizes of up to 5.5 inches in any dimension through a 10-inch shell opening. It is capable of slicing from 1/8" to 3/4", with crosscut knives ranging from 9/32" to 7/8". Additionally, the circular knives can produce cuts between 1/8" and 3".
