This machine is designed to dice, strip cut, or shred a variety of products including beef, pork, poultry, and fish. It is capable of processing these items through a wide temperature range from fresh chilled to hot cooked. The unit also features USDA food grade construction with stainless steel components for industrial food processing.

Circular knife cuts can range from 3/16 to 1.5 inches (4.8mm to 38mm). Crosscut knife cuts are capable of ranging from 1/8 inch to 3 inches (3.2mm to 76.2mm). The machine handles an infeed thickness of up to 1 inch (25.4mm) and features a 10-inch wide feed belt.
