VC999 RS 420C Rollstock Machine

The machine features all stainless steel construction with a width of 420mm and a 300mm advance. It includes a 4 up tooling set that produces an 189 x 150mm finished package with a depth of 100mm. This rollstock system is designed to form, load, and seal flexible packages from roll-fed film for high-throughput commercial food processing.

This unit comes equipped with a self-contained Busch RA100 main vacuum pump. The machine also includes two cross cut knives and two rotary knives to facilitate the packaging process. These components allow for efficient production in environments such as meat, poultry, and seafood processing.

The VC999 RS 420C requires a 440V/3PH/60HZ power supply at 30 AMPS. Additionally, the system requires air to operate correctly. A powered trim wind up system is also included as part of the machine's configuration.
