The machine features a maximum filling rate of up to 2,500 kg an hour depending on the feed element. It can produce up to 450 portions per minute based on product casing and portion size. This industrial unit is designed for high-volume food processing environments requiring consistent output.

The unit includes a 90 liter hopper with a 26 inch diameter made of stainless steel. It features a feed screw and baffle, along with a knee lever. The system operates at a maximum filling pressure of 20 Bar to ensure proper material movement.

This stuffer handles portion weights from 5 g up to 30,000 g. Operators can set these portions in increments of 0.1 g or 1 g. The integrated PC878 Digital Portioning Controls offer a storage capacity of up to 99 programs for versatile production runs.
