Stainless steel AISI 304 twin continuous belt juice extraction system with pneumatic belt tensioner, automatic belt control and high-pressure belt cleaning with brush system, adjustable metering box for uniform mash feed, adjustable belt width 220–440 mm with 660 mm belt, up to ~3,000 kg/h nominal capacity with juice yield up to 80%, pneumatic pomace scraper discharge, integrated juice and wastewater outlets with DN25/DN70 connections, water cleaning system, approx. 3,680 mm L × 1,750 mm W × 2,160 mm H, approx. 2,200 kg, and 3.5 kW 400 V 50 Hz 3-phase drive last.
