High-speed slicer, stainless steel construction, slice, stack and shingle, 400 RPM blade speed, product gripper, blade holder, slice thickness between .5mm to 50mm, slices products up to 31″ long, 250mm x 170mm slice opening, capable of slicing up to four logs at a time, with Weber Model KSG-470 Blade sharpening device.
