WeighPack Systems Xpdius Elite 1700 Servo Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine

This machine is capable of up to 50 cycles per minute. It features an anti-static bar, a vacuum pump, print registration, and auto retractable pull belts. The system includes a WeighPack Incline infeed conveyor and a vibratory feeder to streamline the production process for your industrial food packaging line.

The equipment can accommodate pillow bags up to 17" (430mm) wide, with a maximum length of 24" (600mm), and supports a web width of up to 35.25" (890mm). These specifications allow for versatile packaging of ingredients, snacks, or powders in a commercial setting.

The system features a control panel with an Omron Sysmac CP1H PLC, two Panasonic drives, and a Weinview MT6071iE HMI. It also includes a WeighPack Primo Combi 10 Head radial combination scale (model 10H 5L D W) with embossed surfaces and a Symcod Inc / Termicon SE-15 HMI.
