The Weiler 1109 is a high-capacity mixer grinder engineered for demanding industrial meat processing environments. It comes equipped with a 9″ (229 mm) diameter feed screw, 11″ (279 mm) diameter grinding plate, and a 1992-5HB heavy-duty gearbox, delivering reliable power transmission under heavy loads.

The tub offers a rated capacity of 60 cubic feet (1,700 liters), ideal for batch mixing, and a full volume of 86 cubic feet (2,435 liters). A 3-point suspension system ensures smooth operation and stability, and the unit has an approximate shipping weight of 8,800 lbs (3,992 kg).
