XtraVac 860-MC Packaging Machine

The machine features two 41" X 34" X 10" chambers. It is equipped with a Busch 302/12.5HP vacuum pump and operates on 208V/3PH/60HZ. The stainless steel construction includes four 34" seal bars spaced 26" apart to ensure consistent packaging for commercial food products.

A mechanical cutting bag trim system is included on this unit. This specific feature allows the operator to hang excess bag material out of the chamber while it is being trimmed, facilitating a more efficient workflow during the packaging process.

This model features microprocessor controls and a vacuum lid that operates in both fully and semi-automatic modes. To function properly, the unit requires 80 PSI compressed air. Leveling legs are included as part of the stainless steel construction.
