Used XtraVac 860 Packaging Machine

The machine features two chambers measuring 41" x 34" x 10". It includes a mechanical cutting bag trim system and is constructed with stainless steel. The unit is equipped with four 34" seal bars, which are spaced 26" apart.

The equipment operates on 575V/3PH/60HZ at 40 Amp. Because the unit is located in Canada, a transformer was added to set the voltage for 600V; however, our team can assist with removing it to change the voltage back if desired.

This machine requires 80 PSI of compressed air for operation. It also utilizes a Busch 12.5HP vacuum pump to maintain seal integrity and remove air from the packaging chambers.

The machine features microprocessor controls. The vacuum lid is designed to operate in both fully and semi-automatic modes, allowing for flexible operation within a commercial food processing environment.
