XTRAVAC AP-8BT-IV-1 Multihead Weighing & Rotary Bagging System

This system can process standard, zipper, gusseted, and stand-up pouches. It is designed to produce between 18 and 40 laminated pouches per minute. The accepted pouch dimensions are 110-240mm in width and 170-350mm in length.

The HPM 10-2C-18 (10) head Rotary bucket scale weighs between 25 and 500 grams. This multihead system is integrated into the larger weighing and bagging configuration for industrial production lines.

The package includes the AP-8BT-IV-1 Rotary Bagger, an HPM 10-2C-18 rotary bucket scale (SN 88150424), and a vibratory feeder with a 24" x 24" hopper. It also features an elevator bucket lift conveyor to transport product from the feeder to the mezzanine for bagging.

This equipment is suitable for industrial applications in the bakery, meat, dairy, and produce sectors. It can be used to dose items such as snacks, bakery goods, confections, and various other food products while maintaining consistent throughput.
