VIATEC 810 GAL Brine Chiller. Outlet 1-1/2″ dia., Cooling Jacket Outlet 1″, locking lids. Used VIATEC stainless steel jacketed brine chiller, 810 gallon capacity. Designed for IQF and other protein processing applications. Features full stainless steel construction with an insulated jacket rated for 175 PSI at 200°F, and vacuum rated to 360 PSI. Bottom discharge and top-mounted mixer. Previously used in a major processing facility. Clean and well-maintained. National Board stamped. Ideal for brine chilling in meat, poultry, or seafood operations.
