Equipped with agitation, cone bottom design, ASME rated jacket at 150 PSI @ 350°F. Bottom discharge. Top access with spray ball. Mounted on stainless frame. ASME Jacket: 150 PSI @ 350°F. Jacket MDMT: -20°F @ 150 PSI. Designed for food-grade processing environments (e.g., soups, sauces, plant-based protein slurries).
