(7,900 liters) full capacity, bottom CO2 injection ports for in-process chilling, CO2 lid included, heavy-duty stainless steel construction with polished food contact surfaces, 75 HP paddle motor, 15 HP unload screw motor, 460V/3Ph/60Hz.
