All stainless steel construction, 32 stainless steel injection needles with adjustable air piston needle pressure for bone-in and boneless products, variable-speed needle head operating up to 50 strokes per minute, walking beam product transport system with 15″ wide conveyor, closed-loop brine circulation system, 140-liter (31 gallon) stainless steel brine tank, PLC/HMI control system, digital brine temperature display, adjustable brine pressure from 15-60 PSI, adjustable air head pressure from 19-60 PSI, removable air piston injection head for sanitation and cleaning, easy-change needle design, 10″ product clearance, 2.2 kW drive motor, 1.5 kW brine pump motor, 220V/3PH/60HZ, 20Amps.
