A.P.E.S. 8-Spindle Capper

This machine provides capping speeds up to 330 containers per minute, depending on configuration. It features mechanical clutches that deliver up to 30 in-lbs of torque. The four stations and eight spindle wheels are designed to provide improved speed and torque handling for industrial packaging lines.

The machine supports round, rectangular, and F-style profiles. It handles containers ranging from 1 oz to 2.5 gal with heights between 2" and 18". These capabilities allow for versatile operation in food and beverage processing environments.

This capper is compatible with caps ranging from 10 mm to 120 mm in diameter. It can accommodate cap thicknesses between 5 mm and 70 mm. The first spindle set is also reversible to help reduce cross-threading on stubborn caps.

The unit requires 110V, 25 AMP, 1PH/60HERZ power. If a cap sorter is used, it requires compressed air at 80-100 psi and 6-15 SCFM. All components are constructed of stainless steel for industrial use.
