AEW Vision Smart Slicer

This automatic portioner is designed for use with fresh boneless products. It is commonly used to portion Strip Steak, Tenderloins, Pork Loin, and top Butt.

The machine operates on 220V/3PH/60HZ and features a PLC that was recently updated in 2018. It incorporates Vision technology to ensure accurate portion control during operation.

This equipment has a capacity of up to 400 slices per minute. The system includes both infeed and discharge conveyors to facilitate high-volume food processing.

The unit comes equipped with a GS-420 four station Grading System. This configuration assists in maintaining consistency for industrial meat and poultry production lines.
