ALKAR 8 TRUCK Smokehouse

This smokehouse fits 8 standard smoker trucks or 4 double nesting trucks. It features a stainless, insulated design with diamond plate stainless flooring sloped to drain. The unit includes two swing out access doors and a glass view window for monitoring the production process.
