Clean-In-Place (CIP) Skid System

This system includes multiple stainless steel tanks for hot/cold water, caustic, acid, and rinse solutions. It features robust pumps, intricate piping, a valve matrix, and an integrated plate heat exchanger. The skid is constructed from full stainless steel to ensure durability and hygiene in industrial processing environments.

The system features Allen Bradley controls with a panel view display and a Power Flex VFD. An integrated control panel includes an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) for automated cycle control, allowing for efficient cleaning of processing equipment in hygienic industries.

The integrated plate heat exchanger has a maximum allowable working pressure of 150 PSIG at 275 °F. Its operating temperature range is from 32 °F to 275 °F, and its minimum design metal temperature is -20 °F at 150 PSIG.

This equipment is designed for the automated and efficient cleaning of processing equipment in hygienic industries. It is suitable for use in sectors such as dairy processing, poultry, seafood, pet food production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
