This system features a three-belt configuration with overall machine dimensions of 113" L x 37" W x 47" H. Belt 1 measures 16" W x 50" L, while the two Belt 2 sections each measure 8" W x 62.5" L. It features a 47" working height with adjustable feet that allow for 6" of screw adjustment.

The unit is equipped with three VFDs to provide independent belt speed control. A 3-position selector switch is included, which can be removed if full VFD tuning is required for your specific operation. This setup allows for precise movement and management of products throughout your processing line.

The machine operates on 460V/3PH and is driven by a 1 HP motor paired with a 20:1 gearbox. It was recently updated with new motors, gearboxes, belts, and sprockets to ensure reliable operation in a commercial food processing environment.
