DIGI AW-4600 Wrapper

The machine can wrap up to 36 packages per minute. This model automatically detects tray size and determines the required amount of film for each package. It is designed for industrial applications in food processing lines, including bakery and meat production.

The DIGI AW-4600 accommodates three specific capacity ranges: 0-15 Lbs. x 0.005 Lbs.; 15-30Lbs. x 0.01 Lbs.; and 30 Lbs x 0.01 Lbs. These specifications allow for varied product weights in a commercial environment.

This equipment accepts package sizes ranging from 5" to 15" wide by 10.5" to 5.9" long and 3.1" to 10.2" deep. These measurements ensure it can handle a variety of industrial tray and product formats.

The machine features a single film roll capacity and accepts rolls ranging from 10.2" to 15.7" in diameter. It also supports thermal paper label printing between 40 and 80mm.
