Doboy 752 Dual Head Glue Carton Tray Former

This machine is capable of up to 70 cycles per minute, producing two trays per cycle. It features dual power-feed magazines and a 2-cup reciprocating vacuum blank pick & place system. The unit includes an adjustable female forming head and a Nordson Problue Flex hot melt glue applicator for high-volume industrial operations.

The operator interface includes an LCD display, emergency stop, status indicator lights, and production counters. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a low blank magazine sensor and barrier guarding for safety during operation. A conveyor carton closer system also features its own controls and secondary glue applicator.

The machine utilizes a Nordson Problue Flex hot melt glue applicator on the forming head. The integrated conveyor carton closer system includes a second Nordson Problue hot glue applicator. These components work together to seal and form trays for commercial food processing applications.
