ENVIRO-PAK CVU-1950E THREE TRUCK SMOKEHOUSE SYSTEM

This system includes an all stainless steel insulated walk-in design with a heavy-duty hinged door and cam-lock latch. It features an Enviro-Pak MP-2500 touchscreen controller, a Max-Pak flame control panel, and an integrated Enviro-Pak smoke generator model EG-VHD-2WS. The unit is also equipped with a dual circulation fan design featuring variable RPM motors for the processing of meat and protein products.

The system requires 480V/3PH/60HZ power with a 72 kW, 111 FLA rating. Water requirements include 9 GPM at 40 PSI for cold water and 6 GPM at 40 PSI for hot water. Additionally, the unit is steam rated at 200 lbs/hr @ 15 PSI and requires compressed air at 3 SCFM @ 80 PSI.

The system is designed for the smoking, cooking, and thermal processing of meat and protein products. This industrial equipment is suitable for various applications including beef, pork, poultry, sausage, and seafood production.
