Friedrich 3-Truck pass through live steam ovens. Configured with Jumo F 3000 Microprocessors. Low pressure steam fired, 10-15 PSIG. Cold water shower, 10 hp fan motors, 240V/3PH/60hz. Modulating steam valve, Fresh air damper system. Accommodates three racks 44″W X 40″ L X 78″H (racks not included). Purchased new in 2017 and remains in like new condition. The ovens use live steam.
