FRIMAQ TSA 826 Tray Sealer

This machine is designed for high-speed MAP, skin pack, and vacuum packaging of protein products. It is ideal for processing fresh meat and poultry, processed meats like sausages or deli cuts, seafood, and cheese or dairy products. Additionally, it can handle ready-to-eat meals and plant-based proteins.

The integrated Busch vacuum pump is rated at 0.5 mbar and is powered by a 7.5 kW motor. The overall machine operates on 230V/3Ph/60Hz power with a maximum consumption of 20.3 kW. It also features an external SMC chiller as part of the configuration.

The unit features stainless steel construction and is equipped with a touchscreen HMI for operation. The machine utilizes both pneumatic and hydraulic actuation at the forming and sealing stations. It also incorporates top and bottom film feed capabilities to accommodate various packaging formats.
