Continuous flow process that shreds cooked meats for that “Hand-Pulled” look, shreds up to 1750 lbs./hr., 220V/1PH/60HZ, 3/4 hp motor, stainless steel construction full washdown, machine has been recently retrofitted with a new VFD, holding bars mounted to contain meat lugs.
