Hamilton CW Tilting Kettle

This unit features a 150 Gallon capacity with 316 Stainless Steel construction. The kettle measures approximately 44" in diameter by 40" deep. It includes an open top jacketed hemispherical bottom made of 304 Stainless steel, which is rated for 100 psi at -20 to 328 degrees F.

The machine includes an angled anchor style agitator with scrapers and a motorized bowl tilt. An air-operated agitator tilt is also included for operation. The unit features a pouring lip and a 3" center bottom outlet equipped with a valve.

The agitator is driven by a 3 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1750 rpm gear motor. The gear ratio is approximately 44.32 to 1. Please note that there is no gearbox tag present on the equipment.
