Stainless steel construction, designed for high-speed automatic separation of linked sausage products in natural, collagen, and artificial casings, manual caliber adjustment, servo-driven cutting system with patented dual-sensor link detection for precise cutting, capable of processing products from 8–48 mm diameter with cutting rates up to 1,800 cuts per minute, hygienic open-frame design for easy sanitation, touch screen operator interface, 220V/3P60HZ.
