Lee Industries 150DN/INA/2SP Kettle

This kettle has a 150 Gallon capacity. It measures approximately 48" in diameter and 48" deep. The unit features an open-top design with no cover and is constructed from 316 Stainless Steel, while the hemispherical bottom is made of 304 Stainless steel.

The unit is driven by a 7.5 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 rpm gear motor with a 56.55 to 1 ratio. This motor powers the top entering angled anchor style agitator equipped with scrapers.

The 304 Stainless steel hemispherical bottom jacket is rated for 90 psi at temperatures ranging from -20 to 332 degrees F. This design is suitable for industrial food processing applications.

The system includes an air-operated agitator tilt for easier maneuvering of contents. It also features a 3" center bottom outlet equipped with a valve. The entire unit is mounted on a stainless steel frame with three legs.
