LETCO 100 Gallons Reactor

This reactor is constructed from 316L Stainless Steel with a vertical design. It features a 30" diameter and a 32" straight side, including dished top and bottom sections. The internal tank is rated for 50 psi/full vacuum at temperatures ranging from -20 to 250 degrees F. Additionally, the 316L stainless steel half-pipe coil jacket is rated for 90 psi between -20 and 250 degrees F. The top of the vessel includes one 12" hand hole with a 4" sight glass on a hinged cover, one 6" opening, one 3" opening, and five 1-1/2" openings. There is also an approximately 1-1/2" center bottom outlet for product discharge. One spray ball is included in the configuration.
