Precision Stainless 500 Liter Reactor

This reactor is constructed from 316L Stainless Steel with a vertical design. It features an approximate 30" diameter and 40" straight side with dished heads. The interior is rated for 50 psi/FV at -20 to 350 degrees F. The 304L Stainless steel dimple jacket is rated for 120 psi at -20 to 350 degrees F. These specifications are designed for industrial food processing applications.

The top of the vessel includes one 16" manway with a cover, one 3" opening, and three 1-1/2" openings. It also features an internal spray ball for processing. A 1-1/2" center bottom outlet is provided for drainage.

This unit is mounted on four legs equipped with casters to facilitate movement within a production plant. It is designed specifically for industrial food and beverage operations, such as those in the poultry, seafood, or pet food industries.
