Max production speed 26 CPM.

This equipment to be approximately twenty-six (26) containers per minute based on a 24” long case @ 80 feet per minute belt speed. However, the throughput speeds of a semi-automatic machine can only be determined by operator efficiency and the length of time necessary for packing. The product inside the case or void fill material must support all flaps and panels on the cases to be processed. Any void or overfill conditions will result in box jams and/or poor tape application.

Little David Caselocker 60™ tape cartridges, with a 3-year warranty.
Interchangeable in top and bottom of case sealer.

Leeson, IRON MAN Bottom belt drive system: 1/3 HP Ecco-saver motor/gear reducer with metal drive rollers run at 80 FPM belt speed and comes with a 2-year warranty.

110 volt or 220-volt single-phase electric’s (3 phase available. See available options).

Long-Lasting Drive belts: Self-centering, self-tensioning belt systems saves operator time (no manual adjustments are required).

Easy Slide and Lock Height Adjustment: single mast construction with counter-balanced flat spring.

Self-Centering Width Adjustment: interlocked guide rail system is utilized with a conveniently placed lock knob.

Right to left case flow.

Slide and lock leg extensions adjustable from 22-1/4″ conveyor height up to 30 1/4”, with graduated scales for ease of leveling.

Flatbed infeed pack table.

Converts from 2” to 3” tape in the field on both top and bottom.
