Brand New Marlen Six Truck Smokehouses

The unit measures 24' long by 75" wide and 18' tall with an 83" high door opening. This configuration is designed for industrial food processing environments. The equipment features a 1 wide by 6 deep layout to accommodate large-scale production needs.

This unit includes a Powis 6000 Microprocessor, steam injection humidity at 263 Lbs./Hr.@100 psig, and a Maxon OPLE5 Burner. It is natural gas fired at 500CF/Hr. with 304 stainless steel construction for fans and motors. The system operates on 480V/3PH/60HZ with a total FLA of 59.25.

Each unit comes with 12 stainless steel nesting smokehouse trucks and 600 stainless steel screens. Additionally, the order includes 12 rolls of mesh screens measuring 48" x 50". These components are designed for industrial-scale meat, poultry, or seafood processing.

The equipment features a 40 hp fan motor and a 2hp exhaust motor. Both of these components are constructed from 304 stainless steel to ensure durability in commercial environments. The system also utilizes alternating dampers for controlled airflow.
