Schroter 8-10 Truck Smokehouse
Rebuilt Schroter 8-10 Truck Smokehouse. Each smokehouse measures 7400 mm (24’ – 3 ¼”) long by 2640 mm (8’ – 8”) wide (outside dimensions) and is designed for 8 carts, previously accommodating larger-than-standard smokehouse carts. It features the original single-panel control system with a wiring diagram, though the controls show some corrosion from weather exposure. Brand-new components include a burner and controller, as well as pass-through doors, both by Winsmoke. All circulating and exhaust fans have been rebuilt and repainted for optimal performance. Three smokehouses are available, pricing is per unit.
