Variovac Optimus 35 Rollstock Packaging machine

The machine features a 420mm (14.17") web width by 320mm advance. It includes a 360mm x 320mm Master Die set die with two sets of inserts. The configuration is 4 up, 2 tracks, and 2 rows. For technical specifications regarding the Busch RA0100 Vacuum pump, it operates at 220V/3PH/60HZ, while the required compressed air is a minimum of 6 bar.

This unit provides two distinct pocket dimensions: 155mm x 143mm (6.10" x 5.63") and 98mm x 143mm (3.87" x 5.63"). These configurations allow food processors to accommodate different product sizes within the production line.
