Variovac Optimus Rollstock

This machine features all stainless steel construction. It is equipped with a UniSource Matrix Labeler, a trim canister that uses a vacuum hose for collection, a Busch Vacuum pump, and a Koolant Kooler. The unit also includes two die sets to accommodate your production needs.

The system operates with a nominal current of 53 A and a nominal power of 31 kW. It requires compressed air at a minimum of 6 bar, and the electrical specifications are listed as 220V/3PH/60HZ.

The unit features a web width of 360 mm and an advance of 300 mm. For trimming, the equipment comes equipped with two guillotine blades and rotary trim blades.
