WEILER 1109 Grinder

This unit features a bottom mounted 100 hp TEFC motor. The electrical requirements are listed as 460V/3PH/60HZ, 80 Amps. It is equipped with new drive belts and pulleys to ensure reliable operation in your facility.

The machine includes a 1398-5HA Gearbox along with a new main drive shaft, bearings, and seals. These components are integral to the grinder's performance during industrial meat processing operations.

The WEILER 1109 Grinder can be configured with either a Bridged or Open End Ring. This allows processors to select the setup that best fits their specific production line requirements.
