MAREL TSM-P002-C165 Portioner. Portions fresh poultry fillets or butterflies into specific portion size and weight. Stainless steel construction. Includes 4 sets of TSM plates. Requires 2 to 3 gallons of water per minute & Compressed air. 220V/3PH/60HZ. Includes Manuals and spare parts. The machine comes with 5oz, 6oz, 7oz single lobe slit as well as a spare tool kit with parts.
