Stainless steel construction, equipped with a #32 stainless steel grinding head, bowl, ring, and auger, 75 lb. removable product tub, quiet 3 HP direct-drive motor, removable tub for easy cleaning, and available as a tabletop unit or mounted on an optional cart assembly, capable of processing up to 100 lbs. per minute (with a 3/8″ grinder plate), 220V/3PH/60HZ.
