GUARDIAN 400R BAND SAW

The Guardian 400R is equipped with the Guardian 3D Vision® safety system. This technology utilizes multi-camera detection and an instant blade stop to prevent operator injury. These integrated safety features contribute to a zero-accident design intended for high-throughput production environments.

This unit features a 4 kW (5.5 HP) drive motor and a 152-1/2" x 5/8" blade that operates at a speed of 32 m/sec. The saw is designed for continuous-duty meat processing with an automatic blade tensioning and braking system.

The machine features all stainless steel construction to meet industrial standards. It also includes Moisture Guard® sealed electronics with an IP69K wash down rating, allowing it to withstand high-pressure sanitation in professional meat and poultry processing facilities.

The machine has a 16" x 16" (approximately 407mm x 407mm) cutting capacity. It includes a heavy-duty work table with configurable cutting options to accommodate various meat processing needs.
