LANTECH C 1000 Tape Bottom Seal Case Erector

This machine produces up to 10 cases per minute. It is designed for food processing operations to automate the forming and sealing of corrugated shipping cases. The unit features a 2" tape head and a magazine that holds 180 cases.

The machine accepts case lengths from 7- 7/8" to 19-5/8", widths from 5-7/8" to 12-3/4", and heights from 5-7/8" to 20-1/2". It is compatible with RSC, HSC, and FEFCO 0200/0201 case types.

The unit requires 460V/3PH/60HZ power and 80 PSI @5 CFM of air. It is equipped with an Allen Bradley Micrologix 1200 PLC and a UniOp HMI to manage the operation.

This equipment is suitable for various industrial applications including bakery, meat and poultry, dairy, and beverage production. It helps processors standardize case quality and reduce manual handling on high-volume packaging lines.
