LEE 200 GAL. Direct Steam Kettle with heavy-duty bolt-down turn-wheel cover locking mechanism and 2″ drain outlet. These kettles are designed to accommodate optional heavy-duty lift-in/lift-out perforated cooking baskets. Rated for 90 PSI at 650°F. Features include bolt-down turn-wheel cover locking mechanisms, a 2″ drain outlet, and side ports measuring 1″, 2″, and 3″.
