This machine is capable of speeds up to 80 bags per minute. It features an automatic web tracking system and a seal bar that is 16-1/2" long by 1" wide with a serrated knife. The integrated Yamato ADW-514SV data weigh scale supports a maximum speed of 120 per minute for its specific operations.

The machine accommodates bags with widths ranging from 3.94" to 15.75" (100mm - 400mm) and lengths ranging from 3.94" to 23.62" (100mm - 600mm). These specifications allow for versatile packaging options on high-throughput food processing lines.

The unit features Allen Bradley compactlogix L43 PLC controls, A/B Panelview Plus 700 HMI, A/B Kinetix 6000 servo drives, and A/B powerflex 40P drives. Additional components include a Dekker DuraVane vacuum pump, a Videojet 8.4 clarity washdown printer/coder, and an air-cooled end seal system.

The included Yamato ADW-514SV data weigh scale has a weight range of 20 to 2,000 grams. Please note that while the scale is part of the system, the scale frame is not included. This component is designed to integrate weighing and filling steps into your production line.

The system features a 10-1/2" diameter chute infeed and a 6" diameter outfeed. The unit is constructed with a stainless steel washdown frame to meet industrial requirements for food processing environments.
