WEILER 1109 Grinder

This machine is configured to pre-grind beef muscles into a "trim" appearance. It features a tinned 1109 straight fluted barrel, two blade feed screw, and a non-bridge end ring to facilitate industrial meat processing. This unit is suitable for professional food processors requiring consistent results in plant environments.

The machine is equipped with a 60 hp TEFC motor. It operates on 460V/3PH/60HZ at 80 Amps and features a bottom mount motor configuration. While it currently has a bottom mount, a side mount motor was an available option during original manufacture.

The unit includes a Weiler 1398-5HA gearbox, new "V" drive belts, bearings, seals, pulleys, and hardware. Additionally, it comes equipped with a plate guard and an extension hopper. A starter control panel is listed as an available option.
