Designed for final grind, or fresh meat, with 20 cu ft stainless steel hopper, 9″ plate, and integrated 100 HP main drive. Unit features a spring-loaded knifeholder, 1.5 HP self-feeding paddle system, and heavy-duty 1992-5HB gearbox. Commonly used for beef, pork, poultry, veal, and seafood.
