Amfec 175 Vacuum Tumbler DD

The machine has a 1,000 lb capacity based on 55 lbs per cu. ft. This heavy-duty tumbler is constructed entirely of stainless steel and features a glass bead-blasted satin finish with smooth ground welds.

The unit includes a 5 H.P. TEFC variable speed drive motor capable of 3–12 RPM. It is also equipped with a 5 H.P. / 112 CFM vacuum pump that includes a canister and check ball.

This unit operates on 220/460V/3PH/60HZ power. The system features a NEMA IV stainless steel electrical enclosure that is UL-approved for industrial food processing environments.

The machine features Allen Bradley CompactLogix 5000 PLC controls and a push-button control panel with manual and HMI controls. It also includes swing-away loading and discharge doors and an included portable tumbler chute.

The heavy-duty drum features a centralized lubrication system and is supported by a heavy-duty 4-wheel drive system. This system includes gusseted wheel rims, a chain take-up assembly, and provides a 40" discharge height.
