HENNEKEN B3 Vacuum Tumbler

The HENNEKEN B3 Vacuum Tumbler has a 1,000 Lbs. capacity. This unit is designed for commercial food processors to achieve consistent results during marination and brining. It features variable speed controls and a 10 HP drive motor with a frequency convertor.

This unit includes a Busch RA 0040 Vacuum pomp along with a 10-liter water separator. The integrated Siemens control features a KTP 700 touch panel for operation. These components support the processing of meat and pet food products.
