LANCE LT 30 Vacuum Tumbler

The LANCE LT 30 features all stainless steel construction and a 500# capacity. It operates with a vari-speed drive from 1-9 RPM, a 1/2hp drive motor, and a 110V/1PH/60HZ electrical requirement. The unit includes an 8 hour digital timer and is equipped with a self-contained Thomas vacuum pump and liquid trap.

This machine features a 12" x 23" opening and a 15" discharge height. It is mounted on 4" casters for mobility. For those requiring additional clearance, an optional lift kit can raise the machine by another 15" to facilitate easier unloading of products.

This vacuum tumbler is designed for use in commercial food processing applications involving beef, pork, poultry, and seafood. It is suitable for operations requiring consistent results in marination, brining, and protein pickup across various batches.
