Pepco PT 500 Vacuum Tumbler. 750 Lbs. capacity continuous vacuum tumbler. Spiral interior baffle designed for gentle massaging of bone in and boneless meat, poultry and fish. Dimensions: 20″ load/unload opening with 5″ non-drip discharge lip. 45″ long x 32″ diameter drum, 35″ product discharge height. OD: 62″ long x 42″ width x 60″ tall. Includes Misker MCM-021 microprocessor Controller, forward and reverse tumble action, and built-in 1 hp vacuum pump with water separator filter. 1.5 hp drive motor. 220V/3PH/60HZ.
