STAINLESS STEEL SMOKEHOUSE TRUCKS

This unit features outside dimensions of 42.25" x 46.25" x 75". It is equipped with 20 shelves spaced 3" apart to organize product during transport. These specifications are designed to support consistent throughput and sanitation in industrial food processing environments.

The equipment includes 160 perforated screens measuring 42" x 20.75". Additionally, the unit is designed to accommodate a standard 42" x 42" smokehouse screen for use in meat, poultry, or seafood processing facilities.
